Competent Crew and Dayskipper

Both 5 days courses, Comp.Crew is intended for those who want to contribute to the sailing of the boat with minimal supervision, while Dayskipper trains up those who will take full responsibility for boat and crew. Skippers will plan and execute a coastal passage to a remote port, execute tricky manoeuvres and make the key decisions. Competent crew are the safe pairs of hands to be relied on tie up the boat, change sails and generally support the skipper to get things done.

Powerboat Level 1 & 2 Training

PB1 is a great introduction to power boating. In one day we cover launching and recovery, picking up a buoy and coming along side. PB2 is 2 days and adds in greater depth of knowledge and proficiency in close quarters manoeuvring, collision regulations and navigation and driving at planing speed, PB2 is the minimum requirement for the ICC
